Thank you for your interest in ASTROSUTRAA and welcome to our Website. These Terms describe and regulate the scope of Services provided to a User by GURUSUTRAA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED through AstroSutraa.com and mobile application (“We”, “us”, “our”, “AstroSutraa”, “AstroSutraa Application”).
This Website is designed to provide Users with access to astrological consultation services through audio, video, or written correspondence in the form of reports (“Service(s)”) through its Website and Mobile Application (“Website”). Some Services are accessible on payment of a designated fee (“Paid Services”) while others are available free of charge (“Free Services”).
These Terms are an electronic agreement between the User ("User", "you", "your") and AstroSutraa. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing any information or Service on the Website. By accessing the Website, you unconditionally consent to these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If any part seems unacceptable, please refrain from using the Website.
This document is published in compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011.
We reserve an absolute right to stop providing Services or to change, alter, modify, or refine them without prior notice. Your inability to access our Website at any time shall not impose any legal liability on us. We may limit or restrict your access to all or any portion of the Website.
Precedence (AI Features). To the extent of any inconsistency between the general terms and the AI-specific provisions in Section 10, the AI-specific provisions govern your use of AI Features only.
The Services provided by us include but are not limited to astrological content, reports, tarot card readings, face readings, palmistry, life coaching and counselling, numerology, predictions, live telephone consultations, email consultations, AI astrologer (also referred as AstroSutraa Guru), daily personalised horoscopes, daily personalised relationship horoscope, instapredictions, Astro ID, user horoscope analysis and prediction contents, palm reading, pooja, or products sold through our shopping platform including but not limited to gemstones and rudraksh. AstroSutraa does not warrant the reliability of any consultation provided to a User or a Registered Member.
Services are classified into Free Services and Paid Services. The nature of each Service and any applicable fee are visible on the Website. Free Services are available to all visitors. To use Paid Services, a User must complete registration on the Website (“Registered Member”) and provide updated and accurate information.
AstroSutraa’s Services are available only to individuals competent to contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The following are ineligible:
Every User unconditionally consents to us perusing the information provided by such User or Registered Member in order to ensure, maintain and provide our Services to the best of our ability and for grievance redressal if needed. Users agree to receive communication from AstroSutraa for newsletters, information updates, notifications, and promotional communication through SMS, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
To use Paid Services, you must create an account to become a Registered Member and may be required to provide current and updated personal information including but not limited to phone number, e-mail, date of birth, and other information as prompted. Registration may require sharing a One Time Password (“OTP”) received on your phone number. You may also create an account via Gmail login. No User may have more than one valid account registered with a single phone number.
AstroSutraa does not independently verify the veracity of information provided by a User/Registered Member and assumes no liability arising out of any inaccuracy in data provided to a User/Registered Member on that basis. We may temporarily or permanently suspend or restrict a Registered Member’s account or access without prior notice if information provided is inaccurate or if the Registered Member has made defamatory statements regarding AstroSutraa, its employees, officers, agents, affiliates or the Services.
Your account is protected by a username and password ("Login Information") known only to you. You are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of payment accounts linked to your registered account. Report any suspected unauthorized use without unreasonable delay.
Log out after each session; any loss or damage due to failure to do so shall be borne solely by you. You must not copy or modify the technology and software associated with the Website; rent, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or transfer any right in associated technologies/software. You must not disrupt or overburden our servers or other Users’ enjoyment of Services, or attempt to circumvent or modify any security, technology, device, or software associated with the Services. You must not conduct or support attacks including distribution of a virus, denial of service, or other attempts to interrupt the Services.
Our Services include consultation with astrological experts (“Astrologers”) enrolled with AstroSutraa via phone, video, text, etc. Your consent to these Terms also constitutes your consent to us arranging a consultation with such Astrologers when you choose a Service requiring telephonic/video consultation.
Astrologers are prohibited from sharing their personal contact details and from suggesting or engaging in black magic, vashikaran, or any pooja using such tantras. Users agree to promptly inform AstroSutraa of any violation or attempt thereof. Failure to furnish such information may lead to temporary suspension or access restriction.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If there is any conflict regarding privacy matters, the Privacy Policy will prevail.
AI Data Sharing (summary): To provide AI Features we may transmit Inputs to Third-Party AI Tools acting on our behalf under contractual safeguards. Do not submit Inputs you are not authorized to share or that contain sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary. See the linked Privacy Policy and Section 10 of this policy for details.
This Section applies to features that use artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML), including any use of third-party AI tools or services (collectively, “AI Features”).
AI-generated content is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Outputs may reflect cultural assumptions, biases, or offensive material. We do not endorse Outputs and disclaim responsibility for their accuracy, suitability, or appropriateness. Outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice (including medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice). Do not rely on Outputs for decisions with significant financial, legal, medical, or safety consequences. You are solely responsible for evaluating Outputs.
In addition to Section 12, you must not use AI Features to: (i) violate any law; (ii) create or disseminate hate, harassment, sexual exploitation, or violence; (iii) generate or disseminate malware or spam; (iv) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (v) conduct or facilitate unlawful surveillance; (vi) provide or solicit illegal instructions; (vii) attempt to re-identify de-identified data; or (viii) circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or access controls.
We may route Inputs to, and receive Outputs from, Third-Party AI Tools. These providers are independent of AstroSutraa and apply their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control how such providers use or store data once transmitted. Review their terms and privacy notices before using AI Features. We use reasonable security measures, but we cannot guarantee that AI Features or Third-Party AI Tools are free from vulnerabilities, interception, or unauthorized access. Some providers may log prompts/outputs and allow human review. Do not submit information you would not want reviewed or retained. We may also review a limited subset for moderation, safety, or quality improvement, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your Inputs: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and use Inputs solely to provide and improve the Services and AI Features, including with Third-Party AI Tools.
Outputs: Subject to Third-Party AI Tools’ terms and any IP in training data, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use Outputs for your personal, non-commercial use (or as otherwise permitted in these Terms). Non-commercial sharing on social media platforms is permitted. Outputs may be similar to outputs received by others.
We may update, suspend, or remove AI Features at any time and may use filtering, throttling, and abuse-prevention measures.
AI FEATURES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroSutraa’s aggregate liability for AI Features is limited to the amounts you paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold AstroSutraa harmless from claims arising from your Inputs, misuse of AI Features, violations of law or third-party rights, or disputes with a Third-Party AI Tool.
You may not use AI Features in violation of export control laws, trade restrictions, or sanctions. You represent you are not a prohibited person or in a restricted jurisdiction.
We may immediately block a Registered Member’s account or restrict access upon breach of these Terms. A Registered Member may deactivate their account at any time by writing to support@astrosutraa.com. Upon termination, AstroSutraa may retain your information for up to 60 days for recording purposes, after which it will be deleted.
You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and not for any purpose prohibited by these Terms. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that—

AI-Specific Acceptable Use. In addition, you must not (i) circumvent AI safety systems or rate limits; (ii) attempt to re-identify de-identified data; (iii) input highly sensitive data unless strictly necessary; or (iv) misuse AI Features as detailed in Section 10.5.
All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties, express or implied, unless otherwise specified in writing. Without limitation, we do not warrant that:
Every User/Registered Member warrants that they shall fully and truthfully disclose their current emotional, mental, or physical state to the Astrologers from whom consultation is sought.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AstroSutraa does not provide any warranty for the Services and consultation may differ among Astrologers based on their individual knowledge, skills, experience, and methods. Recommendations made by Astrologers are in good faith; discrepancies do not create legal liability for us or our affiliates. We bear no responsibility for damage or loss due to unauthorized use of your account. While we endeavor to provide accurate information regarding Services, we do not warrant completeness or correctness.
AstroSutraa is not a suicide prevention helpline. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, immediately approach relevant authorities or contact national/local helplines.
Do not enter into independent contracts with Astrologers outside the Website; we are not responsible for any consequence or liability arising therefrom.
Any material downloaded is at your own risk. We are not liable for coupon denials due to grammatical or typographical errors.
Astrologers and other service providers are not our employees. While we attempt to verify qualifications, our review is limited to information provided by them; we do not warrant its accuracy. AstroSutraa is a platform connecting Astrologers/service providers with Users; enrolment does not amount to an endorsement.
AstroSutraa is not a medical institution and does not guarantee correctness or accuracy of any medical advice provided by an Astrologer or service provider. Seek independent medical advice from a licensed professional. We bear no responsibility for monetary loss or physical issues incurred by acting upon such advice.
General Cap (Non-AI Services). AstroSutraa’s liability is limited to the money paid, if any, by a Registered Member for the Services availed.
AI-Specific Cap. See Section 10.9 (applies only to AI Features).
All payments for Paid Services can only be made through a Registered Member’s wallet linked to their account (“AstroSutraa Wallet”). To deposit money, a Registered Member must provide banking details to transfer funds from their bank account into their Wallet.
Each Registered Member warrants that the debit/credit card, net banking, and UPI details provided are correct and accurate and that they are legally authorised to use such banking information to deposit money into their Wallet.
Refunds, returns and cancellations for Services and products are governed by our detailed policy at: https://astrosutraa.com/page/refund-and-cancellation-policy. That policy forms part of these Terms by reference and controls in the event of any inconsistency.
AstroSutraa may modify or update these Terms at any time. No notice will be sent; Users/Registered Members must visit the Website periodically to stay updated. Updates to AI provisions may also be made by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be referred exclusively to courts in New Delhi, India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. Seat/venue: New Delhi. Language: English. Interim relief may be sought from a competent court in New Delhi.
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. These Terms apply only to information collected by us through the Website and not to unsolicited information provided through public channels. All unsolicited information shall be deemed non-confidential and we may use/disclose it without limitations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all notices to AstroSutraa shall be in writing and sent via email or post. The rules concerning communication of acceptance under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 apply to receipt of notices. Notices to a Registered Member shall be sent to the email address provided during registration.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AstroSutraa and its affiliates, agents, employees, directors, officers, and managers against any liability, losses, claims, damages, investigations, suits, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website, breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, violation of rights of another, or disputes concerning originality/copyright. AI-Specific: Includes claims arising from your Inputs, misuse of AI Features, or disputes with Third-Party AI Tools.
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms governed by their own terms, over which we have no control. Once you leave our Website, you are governed by their terms. We take no responsibility for their terms or content. Reference to third-party content or links does not constitute endorsement.
AstroSutraa is not associated with any correspondence, transaction, or related activity between a User and a third party conducted on the Website and bears no responsibility for the same.
Third-Party AI Tools: where AI Features use such tools, their terms and privacy practices may apply (see Section 10.6).
Access to our Website grants you a limited license to use our information for personal use. You may not remove copyright/trademark notices or reproduce our information elsewhere without prior written consent. Except for third-party elements expressly designated, we are the exclusive owner of contents displayed. The license to use our Services does not include rights to copy or reproduce our information on other platforms.
AI Inputs/Outputs IP. As set out in Section 10.7: you grant us a limited license to your Inputs to provide and improve the Services (including with Third-Party AI Tools). Subject to applicable terms, you receive a limited license to use Outputs for personal, non-commercial use. Outputs may be similar to those received by others.
